I teach personalized yoga classes for all the different needs my clients may have. My sessions usually start with a short meditation to get grounded and centered. My sessions are moving meditations that use vinyasa and fluids fundamentals to expand our awareness and boundaries, helping us into an extraordinary capacity for happiness and mobility.
Vinyasa can best be described as a flowing class and translates in Sanskrit “to place in a special way”; it is a style of yoga that teaches you to align with your breathe while flowing through movements. We finish in meditation, “savasana”, to leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. This will be altered to fit my client’s requirements and abilities. I work with all ages and all ranges, everybody can be helped by the practice of yoga.

When I first met Yeni, I had heard of yoga and did a couple of stretches on my own. But, I had no idea how it would change my life. Yeni is not just a yoga teacher but an inspiration.
