You just need your body, your breath, your presence, and a little space to connect with yourself. 🩷 Yoga was never about what you wear or what you own. All in all, Guatemala was a sweet treat, per usual 🩵✨ After this trip, I completely understand why @the.mystic.flow returns to Guatemala year after year. There is something so special about this place. The people, the culture, the landscapes, the energy, and the experiences it creates. These photos are from our opening ceremony, some of the first moments where our group came together before all the adventures, deep conversations, and memories that would follow 🥹 One of the most meaningful experiences was participating in a Mayan fire ceremony that night. Before it began, we all came together to create a beautiful flower mandala, each person contributing their piece and creativity 🌸✨ So much gratitude to @mari.in.the.flow, @the.mystic.flow, the other facilitators, our hosts, and every single person who shared this journey.
